Elham Hadian(b.1984) is a Multimedia artist from Iran and based in Vienna since 2014. She has a bachelor of Painting from Alzahra University in Tehran and currently studies in the academy of fine art in Vienna (Video and Video installation). For Elham, art is a subject that demands critical thinking to be relevant in the society we live in. Art is a medium to share her reactions and concerns, a method of communication.

She is especially interested in the relationship between memory and creation and works consistently on poetic questions, mostly in moving images and photographs be implemented. The installative moment is an important manifestation of her artistic language. In their artistic work, she repeatedly deal with social and political structures in Iran and link them to questions of performativity and documentation.
